

The bakery was founded by Koelbe Sabine, a 2014 graduate of NSCC Bridgewater Culinary Arts. Raised between Fort McMurray and Prince Edward Island, Koelbe grew up with a strong sense of community, a deep respect for hard work, and a love for food that brings people together.
After years in professional kitchens, Koelbe fell into making bagels and launched Grand Pre Bagels—combining culinary training with a love for baking. Each bagel reflects that blend of skill, care, and creativity. From familiar favorites like onion or herb & cheese to standout flavors like beer cheese or maple walnut, Grand Pre Bagels are made to be enjoyed, remembered, and proudly shared.
